Guitar Houston Public meeting

May 20, 2-4pm Sunday

Border's Bookstore, Meyerland (610 & Beechnut)

Guitar Houston will hold its meeting at the Borders store located at Meyerland Plaza. For a locator map, go to www.bordersstores.com and click on the store locator. The address is 570 Meyerland Plaza, Houston, TX 77096.

Everyone wanting to play should bring their guitar. There will be plenty of time for walk-on classical guitar performances in addition to the scheduled performances. Other performances are welcome, even last minute! This public meeting is a "member's recital" meeting. This is a chance for you to bring your guitar, and play for a supportive and accepting audience. All levels of performance are accepted, beginner to professional. Gaining performance experience is a valuable aspect of playing the guitar. Whether you are coming to play, or to hear others play, we invite you to attend. The only rule is the performances must be classical guitar or related instruments such as early guitar or lute.

The meeting is free to the public and we welcome all to attend and meet your friends at the guitar society. The public meeting is also the perfect time to join the GH organization or get concert tickets.
