Along the way, though, lie consumer opportunities galore, ranging from carts selling Guts Man plush dolls to Dust Man's Junk Heap, the single largest gift shop in WilyWorld. Off to one side is what appears to be an airlock, with the words "Zero-G" emblazoned across it. From there is the line for Gravity Man's roller coaster. Exercising the cutting edge of hologram technology, the ride's tracks are completely invisible for the ultimate in unpredictable thrills.

Tengu stands, unmoving, totally unimpressed...but then... Kaph plummets down from above. He honestly wasn't expecting that from the Shadow Hunter. Tch, tch, Tengu. Kaph hurtles into him, knocking him off his high horse almost literally, for lack of a horse. He grunts as minute cracks appear in his armor. And yet, there is a certain stillness about him. Confidence, perhaps? Or maybe he is just frickin' insane these days. Both are highly likely.

Tengu begins shunting energy to his forearms and hands, and tries to grab Kaph now that she's plummeted into him. If he succeeds, he discharges a rather large amount of electricity... "FRY, dammit!"

Kaph drops backwards, planting her back on the paving after bouncing off of the Robot Master she's quickly back on her feet. She crouches as Tengu Man begins channeling all that electricity and her left arm retracts into her Injekutoru Chuushaki weapon, as her buckler begins to form on her other wrist, too late. She gasps in pain as the Electrical blast slams into her chest and knocks her back a few feet. Her red optics burn with rage as she rises to her feet, turning her nose up at the smell of ozone, the exposed portions of her body charred and blasted by the lightning. "Oh do get bent. You can fry me all you want, but you'll never cook the poison out." She giggles slightly as she raises her long needle arm and aims the point at Tengue for a moment before the plunger depresses with a hollow thud.

A satisfied grin finds its way onto Tengu's hidden face as Kaph is struck by his lightning bolt. Oh, yes, that felt so good... "I don't intend on staying for dinner," he snarls as Kaph's own electric reply sends small sparks like lace across his form. The appropriate systems in his design compensate, absorbing much of the energy. He's had worse...oh, so much worse. This is nothing. "Tch, cut it out -- that itches." Glaring, he makes as if to move forward, but instead leaps back, taking to the air with a hiss of his jet engines. He launches upward a dozen feet or so and angles the jet output towards the Shadow Hunter below, producing gale-force winds that sweep through the avenue.

Kaph snarls in frustration, her own wings sweeping around her like a cloak she tries to fend off the force of the winds Tengu is generating. After a few brief seconds Kaph shrieks in shock as her wings snap back out of control and she goes flying into a big concrete caricature of some random Robot Master. "Ugh..." She groans for the breif moment's rest she takes. Raising her weapon to point in Tengu's direction again she takes a gamble, spraying liquid nitrogen towards the Wily Bot before she moves to recover.

The liquid nitrogen streaks toward Tengu, who hovers, still in the air so as to keep the winds going the right way. It freezes on contact with his armor, sending shockwaves of pain through the Master. "AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! COLDCOOOOLD! GAH!" he shrieks, temporarily disoriented as he reels from the cold...

Kaph grins in satisfaction as Tengu becomes disoriented more easily than expected. Kaph steps towards the Robot Master leering up at him with a wide grin. "Whoops, What's the matter cousin? " She frowns for a moment, "well I suppose we've never been formally introduced, perhaps we'll try an icebreaker..." She giggles as her syringe's plunger pulls back filling the chamber with a dark liquid. "I'll just thaw you out..." She pauses for a omment and then her friendly expression narrows into one of focused rage as she stabs the needle into Tengu's chest.

Tengu can say nothing, with the overload of his systems... That is, he says nothing with his voice... His normally dark blue eyes begin to pale, fading quickly from cobalt to robin's egg, steadily approaching white... Tengu grunts, eyes wide in pain as the needle plunges into his chest. It serves to revive him, however. His eyes narrow dangerously, still blanching. "Watch out, 'cousin'. I tend to be a bad conversationalist," he says sharply as he moves to punch Kaph in the stomach, Triblade extending shortly before he hits...or not.

Kaph bends over with the expected gasp for air as the knives plunge into her stomach. But she begins to giggle softly, wrapping her right arm around Tengu's shoulders making it difficult to pull same said knives out again. "Well, I'll just take what I can get then." she offers cryptically before stabbing violently with the long needle again.

His eyes blanch to a complete, immaculate white. Say hello to the Akuma, Kaph. This is the Demon.

With little more than a pained grunt and a gasp, Tengu draws back his head, pulling away a bit... then he surges forward, nose extending, hoping to skewer Kaph in a most painful way...

And still clutching his nose she curls up a leg delivering a firm kick towards him before she lets go of Tengu, pushing herself away from him for a few moments.

"Lord Cancer, e'en though there be no love lost between us, We ask thee to allow _Us_ to deal with this."

The needle again plunges into Tengu's systems, this time getting in the crook of his arm... The 'juice' seeps into his systems quickly, overloading systems that it comes across. Tengu yelps and his eyes go wide as they return to normal. He twitches spasmodically and falls, not even seeing Cancer arrive...

Cancer pauses briefly to listen to something then turns his attention on Kaph. There is a slight blink in his eyes. "I strongly suggest you move away, Kai..." He eyes narrows... "...Kaph."

King keeps glaring at Kaph, but occasionally shifts his glare to Cancer and then at Tengu.

Kaph shakes her head a few times, "****ing Robot Clownsters, I should have known they'd never pay up, the useless good for nothing bottom feeders."

Cancer looks calmly at King, once assuring Kaph is off Tengu. "..." He frowns, "...I trust you will not hurt the Av-- Tengu Wily... much?"

"My life is over," Tengu murmurs quietly, before the weight of Kaph's foot is removed from his head. He takes immediate advantage of his newly-gained 'freedom', leaping up to his feet. He immediately takes to the air, jets flaring as he sort of jump-jets sideways to hover in the air between Cancer and King...

She rises to her feet, looking somewhat worse for wear, Cancer's blast having put a sizeable hole in her torso. "It wouldn't be in your best interests to continue to be insulted, I think, honey."

King smirks at Kaph, and readies his axe and shield. "As thou sayest...it wouldst not be wise to let this insult stand. If thou wert a lady, We would concern Ourselves with thy good opinion; thou art not, howe'er, and We shalt deal with thee as is appropriate. That offer did not reflect the actual policy of the Sons of Wily, and thou hast no reward coming for thy act."

King puts his guard up.

Tengu remains in the air above Cancer... he's more to the side, but hey. Kaph's comments are hitting home right now. The WilyDemon shifts rapidly from one half of shattered personality to the other, back and forth, back and forth... The Akuma is outraged at everything, and Saigama wants to die. Yep. He's having a fuuuuun night...

Kaph nods, "So it is easier to blame me for this? When this is the end result of Metal and Guts Man's actions. This would not have happened if not for the acts of the Sons of Wily. " She places a hand over her heart, and acts 'stung' "I didn't mention the reward money, because you're free to take him back. Not only do you refuse to show gratitude for the favor, you seek to blame me. And I don't think you're working in the best interest of this supposed truce if you're going to blame /us/ for this mess." She sniffs her nose in the air slightly, spreading her wings, "When it was a couple of your boys and a giant space louse that started this."

King stalks towards Kaph, his expression getting darker and darker. "Thou has no idea of how gracious We are being in allowing thee to escape, if thou dost run from here now. We shalt not be patient with thee much longer."

Kaph bobs her head. "And what might happen if I don't escape right away hmm? I might call in the rest of my Shadow Hunters and wipe the floor with your family? Oh wait, that /would/ violate this truce, and I wouldn't /want/ to do that either, sugar."

Tengu remains hovering. Hover hover hover... He occasionally looks down at Cancer, and indeed -- he still wears the Stardroid's livery. He's almost to the breaking point now -- so much to say, no place to say it... He is outcast from his brothers, and the one person who he could talk to? He's fed her lies since the start... He sits in the air, uncertain. He can but watch...

King shakes his head. "Thy 'family' might find Our family to be a bit much to swallow. And besides..," he grins darkly, "It truly is not Our wrath thou must concern thyself with. Thou shouldst not anger Stardroids so recklessly. But We wouldst not have this place levelled in Cancer's anger at thee for thy acts, so We shalt intercede."

Kaph smirks and shakes her head defiantly at King, "No King, you can't take advantage of my work and tell me I'm the problem. Just like a Robot Master to doublecross a fair deal. It must run in the programming, the Old Man couldn't help but instill a bit of his treacherous bull**** into each and every last one of you?"

Suddenly, with a mechanical roar, Tengu takes off into the sky. He can't take it anymore, it's all falling apart, he needs to be alone, away, where no one can find him...or hear him...

Tengu Man retreats from the area swiftly, leaving him open to pursuit or parting shots from Cancer.

King glares at Kaph. "Thou hast tempted Our anger enough. Thou _SHALT_ not insult Lord Wily. If thou wishest, thou canst seek remuneration from our Brothers. Howe'er, thou _shalt_ leave this place, which is in _our_ jurisdiction, immediately, or suffer the consequence."

Kaph nods. "This is your little Tragic Kingdom isn't it. Well then forgive me if I don't hang out while you insult me to my face. Imbecile. " and with that she takes off lah de da da
