LAKE THICKET AND JOGGING TRAIL RULES AND REGULATIONS




HOURS OF OPERATION
          Lake Thicket and the jogging trail may only be used during daylight hours. Any or all activities may be limited, from time to time, during required maintenance of the premises.

DRUGS, DEADLY WEAPONS AND EXPLOSIVES
          No person may use; possess or be under the influence of intoxicants or illegal drugs while on the premises. No person may possess deadly weapons or explosives while on the premises.

SWIMMING, WADING AND BOATING
          No people, pets, watercraft or hobby craft of any type are allowed in or on Lake Thicket for any purpose.

                    PETS
                            Only dogs on leashes are. permitted and any dog constituting a nuisance or hazard must be    
                            removed immediately. Pet owners shall clean up after their dogs.

PARKING
         No parking is permitted on their property or its west side access road
         which runs between Memorial Drive and the parking garage.

GUESTS AND CHILDREN
          All guests of MTHA's members must be accompanied by a member while on the premises. All children under ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult. No bicycles, scooters, roller skates or skateboards are permitted on the premises.

GATHERINGS AND EVENTS
          All large gatherings (10 people or more) and MTHA sponsored events must be approved by the owner's  representative. A minimum notice period of 48 hours is required.

WILDLIFE
No person shall willfully harm, harass, trap, confine, catch or possess any  wildlife.
PLANT LIFE
No person shall willfully damage, destroy or remove any tree, shrub, vine, wildflower, grass, fern, moss, leaves, cones or dead or downed wood.

FIRES
No person may light, build or maintain a fire. This rule does not apply to the fighting, burning or smoking of a cigar, cigarette or pipe used for the smoking of tobacco.

GLASS BEVERAGE CONTAINERS
          No person shall use any glass beverage containers.

USE OF LOUDSPEAKERS
No person shall use any loudspeakers, public address systems or amplifiers without prior permission from the owner's  representatives.

DUMPING AND LITTERING
All persons shall dispose of trash only in receptacles provided therefor and at all times, maintain the premises in a neat and orderly manner.

SOLICITING
No person shall solicit funds or donations or sell or offer to sell services or goods or distribute circulars.

EXCLUDED AREAS
The owner's  building and parking garage are off limits.
