Many years ago the Acolytes managed to steal a powerful book from Necromancer Farrenghast. He has raised a force and is attempting to take back what was once his.
Attacker: The attacker creates a 100 point army. All creatures in the army must be undead. The army must have Necromancer Farrenghast but can not any other spellcasters. The spell caster is the only creature that can be worth more then 9 points.
Defender: The defender creates a 100 point army. It can not have any spell casters. All creatures must be Acolytes.
Playing Area: A 3' by 3' area is good. At one end line up all the undead. At the other end place the tomb with the doorway facing the undead. All the Acolytes must start touching the tomb. Acolytes can be in the tomb.
Turn Order: Undead go first.
The Tomb: Take a 3x5 card or Diskwars box and mark one side as the entrance. The sides not marked are walls. This is the tomb. The Creatures in the tomb can not be hurt by missile weapons fired outside the tomb. Creatures outside the tomb can not be hurt by missile weapons fired inside the tomb. No disk can move over or land on the walls. It is assumed to have a roof so flying disks can not cross walls. Fireballs created by the spell "Fireball" can not go through the walls. All other spells can pass through the walls.
The Book Of Death: Use a "Spell Book" disk to represent the book. An undead disk must touch the book then spend one movement point picking it up. He must then leave the playing area by moving off the side he started at. Any creature that is destroyed when carrying the book loses it. If the book is lost it automatically goes back in the tomb (it's a magic book after all).
Victory conditions: If all the undead get destroyed the Acolytes win. If the Book Of Life is removed from play by the Undead they win.
After the battle over the book both sides have realised the end is near. They know that this will be the last battle they will ever fight since only one side will survive.
If the Acolytes won Part 1
The Acolytes chase the foul Undead back to their homeland. If they can destroy Farrenghast while he is weak they know he will never rise again.
Acolytes: They build and army of 100 points. It can only contain Acolytes. No spellcasters are allowed. All Acolytes must start touching one side of the stable.
Undead: They build an army of 100 points. It can only contain Undead. It must contain Farrenghast (if he was killed in the last scenario he got better. Necromancers do that.) No spells are allowed. No creature but Farrenghast can be worth more then 9 points. Place the undead homeland in the middle of the side opposite the Acolytes. All undead start on the homeland. Farrenghast can must remain on the homeland at all times. If removed from the homeland for any reason he may not move unless moving directly back to the homeland.
Turn Order: Acolytes go first.
Victory Conditions: The game will last for no more then 10 rounds. If Farrenghast is removed from the game it ends and the Acolytes win. If the Farrenghast is still in the game at the end the Undead win.
If the Undead won Part 1
Farrenghast has regained his Book Of Death and is ready to destroy the world of the living. His army approaches the pure sands of the Acolytes desert hoping to soak it with warm blood.
Acolytes: They build and army of 100 points. It can only contain Acolytes. No spellcasters are allowed. Place the Acolyte homeland in the middle of one side. All Acolytes must start on their homeland.
Undead: They build an army of 100 points. It can only contain Undead. It must contain Farrenghast (if he was killed in the last scenario he got better. Necromancers do that.) No creature but Farrenghast can be worth more then 9 points. All Undead start touching the side opposite the Acolytes.
Turn Order: Undead go first.
Victory Conditions: The game will last for no more then 10 rounds. At the end of the "Remove Counters Phase" if there are more points worth of Undead then Acolytes the Undead win and and game ends. If the games lasts 10 rounds without the Undead winning the Acolytes win.
