WHO WE ARE

The M-Riders SIG has been around for more than 20 years, making it one of the oldest Mensa SIGs. M-Riders is comprised of people with an interest in motorcycles or motorcycling.

M-Riders is almost exclusively online, but we have an occasional printed newsletter. We have:

1) Email list. Join the email list to exchange email with other M-Riders. Email sent to the list server is then sent out to all members of the list. Volume is low, typically 4-5 messages per week. Volume typically picks up at time, particularly before a national event, such as Daytona, where M-Riders will get together.

2) Web site at http://www.tinyurl.com/473cu (with public and members-only areas). You're in the public area now!  Members can log-in here.

3) Photo gallery in a private Yahoo Group

4) About 100 members, most in the USA. About 30 M-Riders participate in the email discussion list.

Dues are $5

Hope to hear from you,

Chris

ABOUT M-RIDERS S.I.G.

M-Riders is a Special Interest Group (SIG) of American Mensa. Opinions expressed in this web site are those of the authors and not of Mensa, which has no collective opinions.

M-Riders dues are $5/year for the occasional newsletter and on-line access. Contact Chris Norloff (email: chris at toward dot com) for membership information and where to send dues. The bulk of our communications is by a group email list, so be sure Chris adds you to the distribution.

Articles, letters, trip reports and other ruminations are solicited from M-Riders. Plain ASCII text in an email message is the best. But don't hesitate to send your contribution on anything that is readable, printed or electronic.

Pictures are especially welcome. Scanned into JPG format is the best, but if all you have are prints, we can deal with those. If you'd like the prints returned, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.

M-Riders' membership is comprised of active and former Mensans interested in motorcycles and motorcycling.
