Hypnotherapy Wonders is a practice dedicated to  helping individuals achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.  Trained as a hypnotherapist, educator, and counselor, Sheldon Fink uses traditional hypnotherapy techniques as well as Cell Command Therapy, and Past Life Regression (upon request) to assist individuals in areas such as weight loss, addictions, habits, anxiety, fears and phobias, sleeping problems, self confidence, sports performance, pregnancy and child birth, sexual dysfunctions, relationship problems, pain control, academic performance, eating disorders, and self love.
